General Trading Conditions of providing services to PERSONALNY LEASING, s.r.o. company.

Article I. - Introductory Provisiona
General Trading Conditions modify conditions of utilization of the Internet Server that offers services in the sphere of
supply and demand of job opportunities.
1. The job market Internet operator ( hereinafter the „Operator“) www.hladajpracu.sk is the PERSONALNY LEASING, s.r.o. company with its registered seat in Bratislava, Párièková 18, Comp Reg No: (ICO): 36 753 963 entered in the Companies Register of the Regional Court in Bratislava I, Section Sro, Entry No: 45120/B
2. The submitter of services ( hereinafter the „ Order Party) is every natural or juristic person that orders services at the Operator.

Article II. - Order of Services and Establishment of Contractual Relation

1. The Operator offers services : 2. The order of individual services may be placed by completion of the order form or based on e-mail order containing all order requirements.
3. The order becomes effective when:

o The ordered service has been confirmed in the order form
o In case of e-mail order it must be confirmed by both contracting parties in the e-mail written form.

4. The order must contain:

o Business name and legal form of the Order Party
o Address of the Order Party ( street, No., ZIP Code, town/city)
o Comp Reg No of the Order Party
o VAT Reg No. of the Order Party
o Correspondence address
o Period of ordered service publication
o Contact person of the Order Party ( tel , fax, e-mail)
o Specification of ordered service

5. The Order Party by confirmation of the order gives permit to the Operator to publish his personal data within the character of individual services.
6. The Order Party is responsible for grammatical correctness of advertising. The Order Party undertakes that the content of the ordered advertisement is not in cotnradiction with the purpose of this Server, it law common legal and ethic standards. At the same time it is prohibited to publish advertisement containing vacancies of any fraudulent character, offers that may result to evasion of legislation. The Operator reserves the right of omission of such offers at www.hladajpracu.sk.

Article III. - Financial Conditions

1. Current prices for services are published at the Server www.hladajpracu.sk. This prices are valid on the date when the service has been ordered and during the entire period of the contractual relation. VAT is not included in these prices .
2. On the date of confirmation of the contractual relation an advance invoice will be sent with a 7 ( seven ) days payable period. After payment of the advance invoice the Operator is obliged to make a tax document within the period of 7 ( seven) days.
3. In case of default in payment from the side of the Order Party, the Operator has the right to payment of penalty in the amount of 0,05% of the amount due for each day of default. The Operator has the right to refuse publication of ordered services to the Order Party, till the payment is not realized .

Article IV. - Claim Procedure

1. The Order Party has the right of claim, when the error has occured on the side of the Operator and has the right to claim the adequate compensation of loss arisen.
2. The error in the sense of this Claim Procedure is understood Server failure during the period of at least 24 hours in the course of 30 ( thirty ) days.
3. The Order Party has the right of claim within 7 ( seven ) days since the date when it has found out this fact.

Article V. - Final Provisions

1. All other relations not mentioned in the present General Trading Conditions shall be governed by legal regulations in force in the Slovak Republic.
2. Contractual parties undertake to keep confidentiality toward third persons.
3. These General Trading Conditions becomes effective on 1.9.2008.
